Being good corporate citizens.

Heart Strings

AIP, as a company, motivates its employees to get involved in the community and donates its time and resources to that end. The Heartstring Foundation, the non-profit division of AIP, is committed to serve its global community with innovation, hard work and compassion – and, a little fun too.

For AIP employees, service is not just a civic duty, but a true passion. Quarterly, AIP employees meet to discuss personal and community issues. From that meeting, a service project is chosen. Each employee is dedicated to commit their time and talents to these projects.

In 2007, AIP helped a young Burmese refugee and her beautiful 6-year-old daughter. Recently brought into the United States, this small family lacked the basic necessities to live. AIP and its employees contributed personal and company time and resources to ensure that this family had everything it needed and more. The hug from the little girl, when she realized she would be alright in her new home, made this AIP employees’ favorite service project that year. AIP was honored that its efforts were nominated for the Catholic Charities USA’s 2008 National Volunteer of the Year award.

In this fast-paced corporate world of competition and pressure, AIP takes the time for what remains most important – service.
