P-Lincs | Protection-Linked Income Securities

P-LINCS is a principal protected note secured by over collateralization of real estate assets and a high-quality zero-coupon bond.

AIP, as the sole member of the fund makes an initial capital contribution of 1% of Face Value of Note. This contribution will, at all times, be subordinate to the interests of the senior secured note holder.

While the Note is not rated, the principal of the Note is backed by a principal defeasance bond purchased by the Fund from an issuing entity rated Aaa/AAA/AAA by Moody's Investors Service, Standard & Poor's, and Fitch Ratings Ltd. respectively. Proceeds from the Note are received and held in a restricted custodian account that requires that the defeasance bonds be purchased before assets are used for any other purpose. These bonds must be held by the restricted custodian through the life of the Note. This principal protection feature provides high quality credit protection for the principal amount of the notes.

The coupon of the Note is backed by a portfolio of real estate First Deed Trusts. The appraised value of the real estate collateral, which will be updated annually for each outstanding loan made by the fund, shall be greater than or equal to 167% of the total loan amounts outstanding at all times. This test is verified monthly by the Restricted Custodian and Auditor as the Over Collateralization Test.

Canvas Funds | Secured Real Estate Fund

Canvas Funds offers accredited investors an opportunity to participate through the purchase of a 2-year note that pays a 14% per annum coupon. These notes are backed by the assets of the company and provide a higher average annual return than the S&P 500 index and the Lehman Aggregate Bond Index between 1996 and 2006.

P-Jets | Private Jet Program

P-Jets is a unique product offered by AIP. P-Jets offers multiple packages that allow clients to buy blocks of air charter time at a substantial savings and reducing operating costs by 25%.
