Sinead O’Donnell

Sinead O’Donnell serves as Chief Financial Officer of AIP Capital in Dublin, Ireland.

Prior to joining AIP Capital, Ms. O’Donnell was VP, Head of Finance with AMCK Aviation where she was responsible for managing the finance function. She was also involved in the transaction team which oversaw the sale of its $4.3 billion portfolio of 130 aircraft to Carlyle Aviation Partners. Prior to her time at AMCK Aviation, Ms. O’Donnell was Financial Controller at Sky Aviation Leasing International Limited, where she was responsible for financial reporting, tax and financial operations.

Ms. O’Donnell started her career as a chartered accountant with PwC, Dublin, where she worked in corporation tax and transaction services. Ms. O’Donnell holds a Bachelor of Corporate Law from the University of Galway and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland, as well as a member of the Irish Tax Institute.
