Donald Gayhardt

Donald Gayhardt is an Analyst on the Business Development and Capital Markets team in Stamford, Connecticut. He is responsible for supporting various strategic initiatives within the AIP infrastructure and helping to underwrite debt transactions alongside the Private Credit team.

Previously, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Insurance Advisory Partners in New York, specializing in sell-side and buy-side M&A as well as capital raising within the insurance sector, having contributed to over $800M in aggregate transaction volume across mergers, acquisitions, and surplus capital raises.

He holds a Master of Science in International Business from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in Economics from Colgate University. Donald was a team captain and two-time All-Patriot League selection at Colgate and was a member of the Division I Men’s Lacrosse team at the University of Delaware.
