Majd Otaqi

Majd Otaqi serves as Associate at Witt Lake Asset Management, where he supports loan and portfolio administration and contributes across a range of investment and operational functions. Mr. Otaqi brings a strong foundation in operations, portfolio management, and financial analysis to his role at Witt Lake. Prior to joining the firm, he served as an Analyst in Consumer and Business Banking Loan Operations at Webster Bank, where he gained extensive experience in loan portfolio transactions, valuation analysis, and due diligence. He developed reporting tools and operational frameworks which informed decision-making, and led process improvement initiatives which enhanced operational efficiency and risk management across the bank.

Mr. Otaqi holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Trinity College, with a focus on Capital Markets, Central Banking and Macroeconomics.
