We operate and invest in three distinct business lines: Private Credit, Aviation Asset Investing, and Asset Management. Our team has built a successful track record in each one of the strategies through multiple market dislocations, displaying the ability to successfully deploy capital through various cycles.
Private Credit – Direct origination with airlines providing bespoke credit solutions with varying collateral type: (Aircraft, Engines, PDPs, Slot Gates and Routes, Ground Servicing Equipment, Frequent Flyer Programs).
Aviation Asset Investing – Acquiring commercial aircraft and engines to drive what AIP anticipates to be attractive risk-adjusted returns, investing via various co-investment, fund vehicles and other structures.
Asset Management – Servicing aircraft assets via management of Phoenix Aviation Capital, a full-service aircraft lessor focused on financing modern, in-demand aircraft across the globe.

Risk Management
AIP’s risk management platform is designed to monitor and mitigate a wide range of inter-related risks. A dedicated risk oversight group utilizes a diverse array of tools to quickly identify and respond to emerging risks. The risk oversight team is integrated into AIP’s organizational structure to maximize interaction with the investment team.
