AIP Capital was founded in 2023 by an established team with more than three decades of combined experience and ~$10bn of capital deployed across debt and equity in the aviation sector. AIP manages ~30 aircraft currently along with a Boeing MAX orderbook of ~68 aircraft. Our business focuses on sale-leasebacks, financing and other investments in the aviation sector. With offices in Stamford and Dublin, we are fully staffed with employees across finance and accounting, technical, legal, risk management and underwriting.

Private Credit – Large pool of capital targeted for bespoke credit transactions with varying collateral types, predominately direct origination to airlines. With ~$2.6bn deployed in investment grade, high yield and distressed, the platform has one of the strongest track records in the sector.
