Gareth Dunne 

Gareth Dunne serves as Vice President, Legal for AIP Capital in Dublin, Ireland. Mr. Dunne has experience on a broad range of complex transactions including portfolio and warehouse financings, ABS transactions, sale and leasebacks, operating and finance leases, aircraft portfolio sales and acquisitions, airline restructuring and M&A transactions involving aircraft leasing companies.

Prior to joining AIP, Mr. Dunne worked at Goshawk Aviation (Dublin and Hong Kong) and Altavair (Dublin) as legal counsel.

Mr. Dunne received his Bachelor of Law in 2012 from Trinity College, Dublin and qualified as a solicitor with McCann FitzGerald, Dublin. He is a member of the Law Society of Ireland and is admitted to Roll of Solicitors in Ireland.
