Gareth McCarthy

Gareth McCarthy serves as Vice President of Operations for AIP Capital in Dublin, Ireland. He has over 15 years’ experience working in Operations, across numerous industries including aviation and technology.

Prior to joining AIP in March 2023, Mr. McCarthy worked as the Senior Project Manager for software company, Inclusio, a tech start-up in the emerging D&I Tech industry. Here his responsibilities included developing project strategies and agreeing project baselines including scope, key activities, deliverables, resource requirements, milestones, and deadlines. Prior to his role in Inclusio he worked as the Office Manager for AMCK Aviation, an aircraft lessor with a portfolio of 130 aircraft. Here his responsibilities included managing the office budget, overseeing staff and implementing and maintaining policies and procedures. Gareth brings a unique and extensive set of skills to the AIP Capital team ensuring an effective and productive workforce.

Mr. McCarthy is a qualified Prince2 ™ Practitioner, has a diploma in Business Management, and holds a Master’s degree in Music Technology.
