Hashem Jaradat serves as Senior Technical Manager at AIP Capital in Dublin, Ireland. 

Over the past 10 years, Hashem has built a diverse aviation background through roles at Royal Jordanian Airlines, Joramco, and Ryanair, working across both CAMO and MRO environments, with a key focus on Maintenance Planning and Technical Support and Services.

Hashem holds a BSc in Aeronautical Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology and an MSc in Aviation Finance from UCD Smurfit School.
