John “Teddy” Elmlinger

John “Teddy” Elmlinger is an Analyst on the Sankaty Jet Capital team in Stamford, Connecticut. He is responsible for supporting the valuations of business jets and underwriting processes for Sankaty Jet Capital, as well as broader strategic projects for the firm.

Prior to joining Sankaty Jet Capital in 2026, Teddy interned there for three months.

Teddy holds a Bachelor in Science with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the Boston College Carroll School of Management.
