Mathew Adamo

Mathew Adamo serves as Managing Partner of AIP Capital LLC. He oversees the underwriting, technical, and legal verticals of AIP and sits on the board of AIP Capital LLC and AIP Capital Limited in Ireland. He has over 15 years of aircraft leasing, capital raising, and structured finance experience.

Prior to co-founding AIP in January 2023, he served as Managing Director, Aviation Investing at Castlelake LP, a global alternative investment firm. Prior to Castlelake, he was Chief Investment Officer of Jackson Square Aviation, a global aircraft lessor based in San Francisco.

Mr. Adamo holds a M.S in Finance from the University of San Francisco and a B.A. in Economics and Classics from the University of Connecticut.
