Nirmal Ravishankar

Nirmal Ravishankar serves as a Vice President, Marketing for AIP Capital in Singapore. He has more than 15 years of experience in aircraft and engine leasing, aviation services, and commercial operations across the Asia-Pacific region. Mr. Ravishankar is responsible for sales and marketing in the Asia-Pacific region.

Before joining AIP in 2026, Mr. Ravishankar was a Sales Director at MTU Maintenance Lease Services where he managed engine leasing and asset growth initiatives across China, India, Southeast Asia, and Oceania. Throughout his career with industry leaders including AerCap, Airbus, and Pratt & Whitney, he has built expertise in transaction execution, contract negotiations, asset management, and airline relationship development, successfully supporting high value transactions.

Nirmal holds an MBA in Aviation Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from National University of Singapore.
