Patrick Choi

Patrick Choi serves as Vice President, Aviation Investing, at AIP Capital in Dublin, Ireland. He is responsible for underwriting and originating aviation investments and managing portfolio assets.

Before joining AIP in 2026, Mr. Choi most recently served as Senior Associate on Castlelake’s Aviation Underwriting team, where he underwrote and managed a broad portfolio of aviation assets. Prior to that role, he led Castlelake’s Liability Management team, with responsibility for monitoring, forecasting, and reporting on aviation ABS, term, and corporate debt structures across the platform.
Prior to Castlelake, Mr. Choi held Senior Manager roles in both the Pricing and Finance teams at Elix Aviation Capital, after beginning his career in the Financial Services Audit department at KPMG.

Mr. Choi holds a Bachelor of Business (Hons) degree from Waterford Institute of Technology and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
