Trish Smith

Trish Smith serves as Senior Contracts Manager at AIP Capital in Dublin, Ireland. She has 15 years of experience working in aviation leasing & finance.

Prior to AIP Capital, Trish was part of the team that set-up Goshawk Aviation in 2015, having started her aviation career in Investec’s Aviation Finance team in 2010.

While with Goshawk, Trish served as Head of Contract Management, Insurances and Deliveries during the company’s growth of its portfolio to 180 aircraft, until its sale to SMBC Aviation in late 2022.

Before aviation, Trish spent almost a decade working in regulation and compliance – starting her career in London supervising major financial groups with the UK Financial Services Authority, and then providing regulatory advisory services to UK and Irish banks with EY, before joining Investec in an in-house compliance role in 2006.
