Geoffrey Bayers serves as Vice President of Capital Formation for AIP Capital in Stamford, Connecticut. He is responsible for leading fundraising efforts and investor relations for the firm.
Prior to joining AIP in 2024, Mr. Bayers served as Associate Director in the Capital Formation team at Castlelake for three years. While at Castlelake, he assisted in fundraising and broader investor relations efforts across product offerings. Prior to his role at Castlelake, he was a Senior Account Executive at Prosek Partners providing strategic communications advisory to the firm’s clients.
Mr. Bayers holds a B.S. in Finance from Tulane University.
