We are a start-up platform led by a highly experienced team of aviation professionals with offices in Dublin, Ireland and Stamford, Connecticut. This role will be based in our Stamford office at 750 Washington Blvd. Suite 500, CT 06901. It is a key role which will support all functions of the company as it continues to grow.
Description of Role and Responsibilities:
• Supporting the managers and employees with various administrative and clerical tasks.
• Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings
• Assisting accounts payable team in relation to invoices and payments
• Booking travel arrangements and managing expenses
• Writing and distributing emails, memos, letters, and reports
• Maintaining and updating filing systems and databases
• Ordering office supplies and equipment
• Providing general support to visitors and clients
• Liaising with other administrative staff and senior managers
• Answering and directing phone calls
Suitable candidate should have:
• Proven experience in a similar role or industry
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office and other office software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus
